Terms and Conditions

Payment:
Upon booking confirmation, a 25% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before the start date of your booking with Breaks for 2.

Cancellation Policy:

Full Payment

Guests will receive:

  • a 50% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least eight weeks before the start of the holiday; or
  • a 25% refund of the total cost if they cancel up to four weeks before the start of the holiday.

Split Payments

If the guest cancels or the balance is not paid on time, the booking deposit cannot be refunded.

If the balance payment is not received at least two weeks before the holiday starts, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

If the guest has paid the full balance, they will receive:

  • a 50% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least eight weeks before the start of the holiday; or
  • a 25% refund of the total cost if they cancel up to four weeks before the start of the holiday.

Contract

When you submit a booking via our online reservation system you will receive an automatically generated booking summary by email to the email address you provide in the booking form. This does not form a contract between us. A contract shall only arise when your booking is subsequently confirmed via an email of confirmation sent to you.
